Neville Brothers and Dr. John & The Lower 911 Concert scheduled for February 17, 2010

Neville Brothers and Dr. John & The Lower 911 will be featured as part of a special tribute to New Orleans. The Ark, Ann Arbor’s renowned home for classic, folk and blues sounds will host the concert at the Michigan Theater on February 17, 2010.

The Neville Brothers who have produced over a dozen albums to date are known for their blues sounds that mixes a bold social commentary with a strong blues background. The Neville Brothers will be joined on stage by Dr. John who through keyboard and song blends the Creole history with the rhythm and blues of a New Orleans heritage.
