Michigan Flyer Motorcoach Service

The Michigan Flyer motorcoach service is a fantastic option for traveling to and from Ann Arbor, Michigan and Detroit Metro Airport.  Essentially it is a luxury bus service that travels between East Lansing, Ann Arbor and  Detroit Metro Airport.  12 to 13 round trips are available daily, and there is long term parking available both in Ann Arbor and East Lansing.

Tickets can be purchased online, by phone or from the driver.  They range anywhere from $12 to $42 depending on your departure point and whether or not it is a round-trip ticket.

The Lamp Post Inn is a comfortable and affordable motel located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  If you're coming into town via the Michigan Flyer you can choose to depart at the Blake Transit Center.  From there you can easily transfer to one of Ann Arbor's local buses and take route 4 down to the Washtenaw and Sheridan stop.  The Lamp Post Inn is located about 50 yards east from there, right at the Washtenaw and East Stadium Boulevard intersection.
